Requirements
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Information Technology, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or a related field.
- Basic knowledge of computer hardware, software, networking, and troubleshooting.
- Familiarity with Microsoft Office 365, Google Workspace, and common business applications.
- Willing to learn and adapt to new technologies and systems.
- Good communication and problem-solving skills.
- Able to work independently and as part of a team.
Responsibilities
- Provide basic technical support to employees on IT-related matters.
- Support the management of company IT assets, including computers, laptops, and peripherals.
- Assist in monitoring and maintaining data backups and system security measures.
- Support the implementation and administration of digital tools, cloud-based systems, and business applications.
- Assist in managing company websites, email systems, and online platforms where required.
- Participate in IT projects, system improvements, and technology-related initiatives.
- Prepare documentation, user guides, and reports related to IT operations.
- Perform general administrative and coordination duties related to IT and digital systems.
- Assist the management team with technology-related tasks and operational support.
- Carry out any other duties as assigned by the supervisor from time to time.
