• Update and maintain all project progress reports to ensure accurate and timely reporting.
• Manage the flow of incoming and outgoing project documentation, ensuring proper tracking, filing, and retrieval.
• Expedite the submission of documents and follow up on items returned by the client for revision or approval.
• Prepare and submit Project As-Built documentation in accordance with client and contractual requirements.
• Assist in internal and external audits related to the ISO 9001:2015 Quality Management System.
• Ensure all project documentation is current, accurate, and that all revisions are properly logged and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
• Prepare, submit, and follow up on method statements and material approval documents in compliance with project specifications and contract terms.
• Liaise with site engineers to coordinate documentation, technical requirements, and site instructions.
• Perform ad hoc duties and tasks as assigned by the project manager or senior management.
• Able to travel between the office and project site as required during the internship period.

Pay: RM700.00 per month
