Hemito is looking for an organized and proactive Business Administration Intern! If you’re detail-oriented, enjoy coordinating tasks, and want to gain hands-on experience in business operations, customer service, and retail management, this is the opportunity for you.

Job Responsibilities:

• Handle customer service for online orders and retail operations
• Assist with shipping and receiving tasks, including packaging and labelling products
• Manage inventory, including organizing and maintaining stock levels
• Liaise with suppliers, customers, and internal teams as needed
• Support ad-hoc projects to improve workflow and efficiency

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Good communication and organizational skills
• Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel) and Google Workspace (Docs, Sheets)
• Detail-oriented, responsible, and able to meet deadlines
• Must be able to work on-site at our Horizon Hills office
