Responsibilities
JOB DESCRIPTION:
1. Assist in daily administrative and clerical task within in office.
2. Organize, maintain and update office files, records and documentation.
3. Support data entry, report preparation and document management.
4. Assist in preparing letters, email and official documents.
5. Coordinate with staff to support office operation and activities.
6. Handle basic office tasks such as photocopying, scanning and filling.
7. Assist in scheduling meetings and maintaining calendars.
8. Support program or training coordination when required.
9. Able to use Microsoft office and digital marketing in social media.
10. Perform other administrative duties assigned by the supervisor.
Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months
Pay: RM700.00 - RM900.00 per month
