Kick-start your career in retail sales with a hands-on internship at our Plaza Low Yat store. You'll learn the ins and outs of consumer electronics while building real client-facing skills in a fast-paced environment.

Responsibilities:

- Drive personal monthly sales and gross profit targets through upselling, cross-selling, and bundling products.

- Welcome walk-in customers, understand their needs, and recommend appropriate devices and accessories.

- Ensure a smooth sales process from product demo to checkout, and follow up for a positive after-sales experience.

- Keep the shop floor clean, organised, and demo units functioning and properly labelled.

- Support stock replenishment, cycle counts, and accurate transaction entry in POS systems.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree (any field).

- Interest in technology and sales; strong communication and a customer-first attitude.

- Willing to work at Plaza Low Yat and commit to the internship duration.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
