What you’ll actually do

Step 1 – Write & plan the content

• Brainstorm content pillars (education, humor, behind-the-scenes, trends)
• Write short scripts / captions / storyboards for TikTok, Reels, and YouTube Shorts
• Research trending audios, formats, and hooks that fit our brand
• Propose weekly content ideas in a simple Google Doc or Notion

Step 2 – Shoot (with guidance)

• Use your phone or our office camera to shoot short clips
• Work with our team or be on-camera yourself (optional but encouraged)

Step 3 – Edit & publish

• Edit using CapCut / Premiere Rush
• Schedule posts and write engaging captions + hashtags

Step 4 – Learn from data

• See which scripts worked and why
• Iterate and improve next week’s content
• You won’t just be a “camera person.” You’ll learn how to think like a content strategist.

• Currently studying Marketing, Mass Comm, Media, Design, or anything creative
• You enjoy writing – captions, scripts, even silly voiceover lines
• You know what makes people stop scrolling (hook in first 3 seconds)
• You have a portfolio or personal social media that shows your style (even a school project or personal TikTok is fine)
