We are looking for a vibrant, high-energy Operations & Customer Experience Intern who wants to learn the ins and outs of running a fast-growing creative business and eventually step into a full-time leadership role with us!

The Internship Experience

This isn't an internship where you just make coffee or file paperwork. You will be on the front lines, learning real-world retail operations, customer relationship management (CRM), inventory tracking, and experiential marketing.

Key Responsibilities

1. Customer Experience & Studio Vibe

• The Ultimate Host: Welcome guests with a massive smile, check them in, and get them hyped up for their creative session.
• Inquiry Management: Learn to handle customer inquiries, bookings, and corporate event partnerships via email, WhatsApp, and social media platforms.
• Guiding the Magic: Explain art concepts, demonstrate tools, and ensure guests have a blast while staying safe.

2. Studio Operations & Hands-on Prep

• Creative Prep: Master the back-end preparation—including paint making/mixing, balloon preparation, organizing canvases, and setting up stations.
• Studio Maintenance: Learn the operational discipline of resetting a messy creative studio beautifully for the next wave of guests.
• Stock-Take & Supply Chain: Assist with regular stock-takes of paint, canvas, tools, and protective gear, understanding how inventory levels affect daily business revenue.

3. Social Media Content Creation

• Capture the Moments: Spot great moments on the studio floor and film photos/videos of smiling guests and epic paint splatters.
• Trend Hunting: Collaborate with the team to brainstorm and create fun, trendy TikToks and Reels to showcase our studio's infectious energy.
