Responsibilities
Location: West Locations
Working Days: Monday to Saturday (Min 3-4 days commitment per week)
Working Hours: Depending on locations
Activation fee: $50 per activation!!
Job Duties
Handle walk-in and call-in inquiries / feedback
Data entry and compilation of monthly statistics basic report writing
Assist in collation of feedback via various channels and key into NCMS
Crowd control management due peak hours
Perform additional tasks as assigned by supervisors
Job Requirements
Min. GCE “O” Level with 1 year of relevant experience in Customer Service in any industry
Prior relevant experience in pace-pace environment and managing of high volume of enquiries
Comfortable around plants and animals such as dogs, cats and chickens
Comfortable in wearing PPEs (such as N95 masks and gloves)
