PURPOSE OF THIS JOB 该职位的工作使命:

To support the HR function in recruitment, onboarding, documentation, and employee experience while learning and contributing to Vertex Mastery’s people operations and culture.

To assist the HR team in handling day-to-day HR operations, ensuring tasks are completed accurately and efficiently, while supporting a smooth employee experience and maintaining proper documentation and coordination across departments.

5 KEY RESPONSIBILITIES 五项主要职责:
Recruitment & Hiring Support

  • Assist in posting job advertisements and screening resumes 
  • Coordinate interview scheduling and candidate communication 
  • Support hiring activities and maintain candidate records 

Onboarding & Employee Documentation

  • Assist in onboarding process (forms, system setup, onboarding tracking) 
  • Ensure employee records and documents are properly filed and updated 
  • Support preparation of HR-related letters and documents 

HR Operations & Administrative Support

  • Assist in maintaining HR databases and employee records 
  • Support attendance, leave tracking, and basic HR reporting 
  • Help organize and maintain HR files (digital & physical) 

Employee Experience & Engagement

  • Support team activities, onboarding experience, and engagement initiatives 
  • Assist in collecting feedback or forms from employees 
  • Help ensure a positive and smooth employee journey 

Coordination & Miscellaneous Support

  • Assist HR team in daily tasks and ad-hoc assignments 
  • Coordinate with other departments when required 
  • Support HR-related projects and initiatives
