Looking to kickstart your e-commerce career in a dynamic IT retail setting? Join our online sales team at Plaza Low Yat, where you'll gain hands-on experience managing top marketplaces.

Key Responsibilities:

- Uploading and updating product listings across Shopee, Lazada, and TikTok Shop, ensuring images, descriptions, and pricing are accurate.

- Performing quality checks on live listings to spot errors like mismatched specs or typos, and ensuring brand guidelines are met.

- Monitoring competitor listings to identify pricing and content gaps.

- Processing marketplace orders and coordinating with warehouse for timely dispatch.

- Handling cancellations, returns, and disputes while tracking fulfilment SLAs to avoid penalties.

- Assisting with campaign uploads (flash sales, vouchers, bundles) and reporting weekly sales, traffic, conversion, and ad ROI.

Requirements:

- Currently pursuing or recently completed a diploma/degree in Business, Marketing, or related field.

- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok).

- Detail-oriented, organised, and comfortable with data.

- Proficient in English and Bahasa Malaysia.

Pay: RM600.00 per month
