Are you looking for a hands-on internship where you can directly impact daily operations? Join our team at Plaza Low Yat and learn the ins and outs of stock management, dispatch, and warehouse coordination.

Key Responsibilities:

• Process stock requests from all branches, prioritizing based on urgency and stock availability.
• Manage warehouse organization by ensuring inventory is kept tidy, organized, and easily accessible.
• Perform daily stock checks to maintain inventory accuracy.
• Receive incoming stock and verify quantities and condition against the system records.
• Arrange Lalamove deliveries and ensure all stock transfers are completed on the same day.
• Investigate and resolve stock discrepancies promptly to maintain a high level of inventory accuracy.
• Support end-to-end supply chain operations, including inbound receiving and outbound dispatch.
• Collaborate with branch teams and warehouse staff to ensure smooth and efficient daily operations.

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Degree in Operations, Logistics, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Strong attention to detail and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
• Proficient in basic Microsoft Office applications.
