Are you passionate about people, learning HR operations, and building a strong foundation in talent management? We're looking for a motivated HR Intern to join our growing team!

What You’ll Be Involved In:

• Recruitment & candidate screening
• Arranging interviews & supporting onboarding
• Updating HR records, databases & documentation
• Assisting with payroll coordination, KPI & attendance tracking
• Supporting employee engagement activities & prepare HR communications & announcements
• Involvement in HR projects related to policy, compliance & admin tasks
• Supporting in incident compilation, review & reporting aligned with ISO, PDPA and internal policies
• Assist in incident findings, follow-up actions & preventive tracking

Job Requirements

• Pursuing minimum Diploma in HR / Business Admin / Psychology / Management or any related field
• Punctual and able to work independently
• Good communication & organisation skills
• Detail-oriented & confidential
• Proactive, responsible & willing to learn
• Basic computer skills, especially Microsoft Office
• Able to commit 3–6 months

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM600.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
