Royal Selangor International Hiring! Hardware - IT Support - Intern (BID) in Federal Territory, Earn up to MYR 800 - Ricebowl

Job Descripton:

• Coordinate project timelines and documentation while facilitating User Acceptance Testing (UAT) to ensure software and BI deliverables meet business requirements.
• Act as a bridge between technical teams and stakeholders by developing clear training materials and assisting in the deployment of data-driven solutions.
• Maintaining organized project workflows and ensuring a seamless transition from development to end-user adoption.
• Provide IT support to Royal Selangor users world-wide pertaining to Hardware (Desktop, Laptop, Printers, Devices), Software, Network, Firewall, R-Drive, all licenses, connectivity, antivirus, VPN issue, new joiner technical setups, management of all devices including devices from stores and licenses installation.

Requirements:

• Proficiency in project management tools (e.g., Jira, Google).
• Basic understanding of SQL, or Power BI, or Tableau data project support.
• Strong technical writing skills for creating manuals and UAT scripts.
• Good Microsoft Excel
• Good analytical skill
• Good communication skills

Qualification:

Diploma/Degree/Masters in Computer Science, Business Analytics, Information Technology (IT), Software Engineer, Information Systems (IS), or any related field.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
