Our Marketing teams conceptualise and implement go-to-market activities to achieve increased usage and visibility. The Regional Marketing team is responsible for in-app campaign planning, product marketing, partnerships and content strategy to drive acquisition and engagement. The Regional Brand and Growth Marketing team covers all aspects of online and performance marketing, which involve tracking and measuring data to better reach our users. Our local marketing teams work closely with the regional teams to localise and adapt strategies to increase brand awareness and acquisition in each market. About the Team:
If you’re someone who spends hours on TikTok, Instagram Reels, or Xiaohongshu (XHS), enjoys creating content, and wants to experience real-world marketing in a fast-paced logistics company — we’d love to meet you.

As a Marketing Intern at SPX Express, you’ll gain hands-on exposure to integrated marketing across social media, digital campaigns, offline activations, KOL collaborations, and events. This role is perfect for someone who is creative, proactive, eager to learn, and excited to turn ideas into engaging content.
Job Description:
  • Manage and support day-to-day social media activities including content planning, posting, engagement, and community management
  • Stay updated on social media trends, viral formats, trending audio, and creator culture to contribute fresh and relevant content ideas
  • Brainstorm, script, film, and edit short-form video content for platforms such as Facebook and Instagram Reels
  • Contribute creative ideas to improve brand presence, audience engagement, and content performance across platforms
  • Be involved in marketing campaigns across digital, social media, and offline channels
  • Support marketing initiatives including events, KOC/KOL collaborations, and promotional campaigns
  • Work closely with internal teams to support campaign execution and branding initiatives
  • Assist in preparing marketing materials and basic campaign performance reports
  • Support ad-hoc marketing and content-related tasks assigned by the team
Requirements:
  • Positive attitude, proactive mindset, and willingness to learn
  • Basic video editing and content creation skills using tools such as CapCut, Canva, or similar platforms
  • Familiar with short-form content styles, trending formats, and viral storytelling
  • Creative, resourceful, and comfortable contributing new ideas
  • Comfortable appearing in or creating social media content is an added advantage
  • Currently pursuing or recently completed studies in Marketing, Mass Communication, Business, Media, or related fields
