RelyOn Asia are a Global Partner to World Leading Safety Critical Industries, providing safety training to Oil & Gas, Energy, Marine and other companies that requires our services.

We are now HIRING an intern student to carry out Human Resource functions at our operational support office at Melaka.

Your Responsibilities

• Manage engagement programs and HRIS system administration.
• Assist with recruitment processes, including candidate screening and coordinating interview arrangement.
• Supporting HRDC-related functions, including claim preparation and submission.
• Check and verify employee attendance records.
• Perform general HR administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, scanning, and copying.
• Collaborate on ad-hoc assignments as directed by supervisors.
• Aid in organizing and maintaining HR-related files and records.

Requirements

• Candidate must possess or currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance/Administration/Management or equivalent.
• Minimum 5 months training with the Company, preferably those who can start in Middle of August 2026.
• Willing to work at Melaka Raya

Job Types: Internship

Contract length: 5-6 months
