Responsibilities:

• Assist with data entry and clearing the backlog of service PRNs in the SAP system
• Support the processing of backlog invoices
• Assist in performing GR in SAP
• Support the checking and verification of invoices for payment
• Assist in preparing the standby schedule for the KL & PJ teams
• Perform any other related duties as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently studying Diploma or Degree in Business Administration, Office Management/ Administration or a related field.
• Proactive, initiative‑driven and responsible in handling assigned tasks.
• Attention to detail, willing to learn.
