Requirements
- Currently pursuing or recently completed a Diploma/Degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields
- Basic understanding of accounting principles
- Familiar with Microsoft Excel and basic accounting software (training will be provided)
- Detail-oriented, organized, and responsible
- Willing to learn and able to follow instructions
- Good communication and teamwork skills
Responsibilities
- Assist with daily accounting tasks such as data entry, filing, and documentation
- Support accounts payable and accounts receivable functions
- Assist in preparing invoices, payment vouchers, and receipts
- Help reconcile bank statements and monthly financial records
- Maintain proper records of financial documents and ensure accuracy
- Assist in expense tracking and verification of supporting documents
- Support the team in month-end closing and reporting activities
- Perform ad-hoc tasks as assigned by the accounting/finance team
