HR Policy Review & Enhancement
- Review existing HR policies across both entities to ensure relevance, compliance, and alignment with organizational goals.
- Identify gaps, inconsistencies, and areas for improvement in current policies.
- Propose enhancements and harmonized policies to support business integration and operational efficiency.
- Ensure policies are updated in line with local labor laws and regulatory requirements.
- Prepare clear and structured policy documentation for management review and implementation.
Benefits & Welfare Comparison
- Conduct research, compilation, and analysis of both companies’ benefits and welfare policies.
- Develop detailed comparison reports outlining key similarities, differences, and identified gaps.
- Provide clear, structured insights to support management decision-making during the integration process.
Job Description (JD) Management
- Review and refine existing Job Descriptions to ensure clarity, accuracy, and alignment with organizational standards.
- Standardize JD format, language, and job structures across all departments.
- Ensure alignment and consistency between documented JDs and actual roles and responsibilities.
General HR & General Affairs Support
- Coordinate and support onboarding and offboarding activities, including preparation of access cards, workstation setup, stationery, welcome materials, and related administrative arrangements.
- Administer and support office security systems, including door access management, CCTV monitoring, troubleshooting coordination, and maintaining access records.
- Maintain and update internal directories, databases, and administrative systems to ensure accuracy of employee and operational information.
- Manage procurement of office and pantry supplies, monitor stock levels, maintain inventory records, and coordinate with vendors to ensure timely replenishment.
- Coordinate company vehicle administration, including servicing schedules, maintenance arrangements, and keeping vehicle records up to date.
- Support general office administration duties, including document management, filing, coordination of deliveries, and handling day-to-day operational requests.
- Provide administrative support for company events, meetings, and staff activities, including logistics coordination and setup arrangements.
