We are looking for an exceptional Wellness Concierge to join our team — someone who thrives on creating outstanding client experiences, builds genuine relationships, and understands that luxury service is found in the details.

The Role

As a Wellness Concierge, you will be one of the first points of contact for our clients. You will help ensure every interaction reflects MATTER’s high standards of care, warmth, professionalism, and attention to detail.

This role is ideal for someone with strong customer service experience, excellent communication skills, and confidence in supporting client engagement and sales conversations.

This is a part-time position requiring approximately 12–20 hours per week with flexibility to support evenings and weekends.

Key Responsibilities

* Deliver exceptional front-of-house client experiences from arrival to departure

* Welcome clients warmly and ensure a premium, personalised experience

* Manage bookings, scheduling, confirmations, and appointment changes

* Respond promptly to WhatsApp, email, and client enquiries

* Build relationships with clients and maintain ongoing engagement

* Support client follow-up and retention initiatives

* Educate clients on MATTER services and recommend appropriate offerings

* Identify opportunities to support membership and package sales

* Maintain presentation standards across client-facing spaces

* Coordinate refreshments, amenities, and room readiness

* Assist with operational tasks to ensure smooth daily flow

* Work closely with the MATTER team to deliver a seamless client journey

Highly Desirable

* Experience in luxury hospitality, wellness, healthcare, fitness, medical aesthetics, concierge services, or premium customer service environments

* Sales or client relationship experience

* Passion for health, wellness, longevity, or preventative health

* Familiarity with health optimisation concepts is advantageous
