About the Opportunity

We’re looking for an energetic and creative individual to join our team as a Social Media & Community Assistant.

This role offers exposure across content creation, digital marketing, events, and community engagement within a professional financial services environment. You’ll get the chance to be involved in real campaigns, contribute fresh ideas, and support initiatives that strengthen both our online presence and community outreach.

If you enjoy social media, keeping up with trends, creating engaging content, and connecting with people, this opportunity provides practical hands-on experience across multiple aspects of branding and marketing.

Key Responsibilities

  • Develop content for social media platforms, including graphics, posts, reels, and campaign-related materials
  • Assist in digital marketing initiatives and online outreach efforts
  • Support the management and engagement of community platforms such as Telegram, WhatsApp, and social channels
  • Help coordinate workshops, networking sessions, and community activities
  • Brainstorm and contribute ideas for campaigns, branding initiatives, and engagement strategies
  • Monitor campaign and content performance to identify opportunities for improvement

What We’re Looking For

  • Familiar with current social media trends and content formats
  • Comfortable using tools such as Canva, CapCut, or equivalent design/editing platforms
  • Good communication and interpersonal skills
  • Proactive, organised, and able to handle multiple tasks independently
  • Enjoys interacting with people both online and in-person
  • Interest in marketing, branding, events, community engagement, or the finance industry will be advantageous
  • Students, fresh graduates, and entry-level applicants are welcome to apply
