Education: Currently pursuing or recently graduated with a Diploma or Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, Psychology, Communications, or a related field.
Confidentiality: Demonstrated ability to handle sensitive, confidential information with the utmost discretion.
Communication: Strong written and verbal communication skills; comfortable interacting with candidates and employees at all levels.
Attributes: Highly organized, proactive, able to multitask, and possesses a "no task is too small" attitude.

Key Responsibilities
Recruitment Support: Assist with sourcing candidates, reviewing resumes, posting open roles to job boards, and scheduling interviews for hiring managers.
Onboarding & Offboarding: Help prepare onboarding materials, coordinate tech setups for new hires, and assist in conducting welcome orientations.
HRIS & Data Management: Maintain and update digital employee records in our HR system, ensuring 100% accuracy and data integrity.
Employee Engagement: Assist in planning company events, tracking team milestones (birthdays/anniversaries), and drafting internal communications or newsletters.
Compliance & Research: Help audit HR files for compliance and research current HR trends or labor laws to support policy updates.
