Facilitate the onboarding of new students by coordinating class setup, communicating with parents, and ensuring a smooth start to their learning journey.

Maintain clear and supportive communication with parents.

Prepare and distribute official communications, notices, and memos to parents and relevant stakeholders.

Collect and document parent , teacher, student testimonials and feedback to support service improvement and organizational growth.

Assist in teacher recruitment and coordination efforts to support the expansion of classes and programs.

Collaborate with internal teams to ensure smooth operations and continuous improvement of the learning experience.

Carry out other duties and responsibilities as assigned by management from time to time.
