Job Description:

• Must have a valid food hygiene certificate.
• Provide friendly customer service.
• Serve meals and clean the tables.
• Maintain hall cleanliness and hygiene.
• Respond promptly to customer inquiries.
• Perform any other duties assigned by the manager and/or supervisor.

Requirements:

• Ability to work well in a team.
• Ability to provide excellent customer service.
• Ability to work effectively with people from various countries.

Location: Bukit Timah Plaza

Working Hours:

• Tuesday - Sunday (days and times are negotiable)
  Lunch: 10:00 AM - 2:30 PM
  

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for promoting and ensuring guest satisfaction by maintaining a clean and hygienic work environment.
• Serving food to customers and providing friendly F&B service to guests.
• Responding promptly to customer inquiries.
• Ensuring the outlet is kept clean and tidy at all times.
• Managing outlet inventory levels.
• Performing any other duties assigned by the Manager and/or Supervisor

Others:

• CPF Contribution.
• AL & MC applicable after 3 months.
• Free meals and uniforms provided.
