Job Title: Creative Intern
Job-Type: Internship (3-6 months internship)
Reports To: SG Marketing & Regional Creative Manager
What you’ll be doing:
Property Shoots: Assist with set up and staging for professional property, lifestyle and VR shoots, adhering to brand guidelines. Lead and manage VR scan (Matterport) during property photoshoots. While on-site, capture footage for TikTok content to maximize the efficiency of every shoot.
Post Production: Assist Creative & Social Media Executive with editing of property and lifestyle photos and videos.
Social Media: Collaborate with the Creative & Social Media Executive to brainstorm, plan and execute social media content on Instagram, TikTok and YouTube. Create visually appealing content including videos, graphics and written posts, that align with our brand guidelines. Stay updated on the latest social media trends and proactively suggest new creative ideas for platforms like TikTok and IG Reels.
Community Events: Assist with taking photos and videos during our events. Collaborate with the marketing team to plan and execute exciting monthly community events for our tenants.
Other Ad Hoc Tasks: Assist the marketing team in staging properties for investors tours. Assist with procurement and updating our staging props inventory.
What makes you a great fit:
Completed or pursuing an undergraduate degree in design or related field
Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite specifically Adobe Premiere Pro, Photoshop, Illustrator and Lightroom.
Video editing skills
Strong visual design skills
Great spoken and written English
Creative with an eye for design
Resourceful
Attention to detail
Ability to be flexible and deal with ambiguity
Proactive and not afraid to go out of comfort zone
Team player
Preferred:
Strong passion for social media marketing
Has experience in creating video content for IG Reels, TikTok and/or YouTube
Comfortable with being on camera
