Responsibilities
We are looking for a friendly, organized, and customer-focused individual to join our team as a Restaurant Receptionist. You will be the first point of contact for guests while also handling event and catering bookings to ensure smooth restaurant operations.
Key Responsibilities:
* Welcome and greet guests in a professional and friendly manner
* Manage reservations, walk-ins, and seating arrangements
* Handle event and catering inquiries and provide accurate information
* Coordinate bookings, including scheduling dates and managing deposits
* Prepare and send quotations after management approval
* Manage online delivery orders via Grab, ensuring accuracy and timely coordination
* Maintain proper records of bookings, payments, and customer requests
* Communicate effectively with kitchen and service staff
* Assist on the restaurant floor during peak hours or special events
* Handle customer feedback and resolve issues professionally
