• Host live streaming sessions on platforms such as TikTok, Facebook, Instagram, and other social media.

• Present and introduce property projects in an engaging and informative manner.

• Explain project details, location advantages, pricing, and promotions during live sessions.

• Interact with viewers, answer questions, and build audience engagement in real time.

• Plan and prepare livestream topics, scripts, and content ideas.

Lead Generation

• Encourage viewers to register and enquire about property projects.Requirements

  Requirements

  • Comfortable speaking in front of camera (livestream experience is a plus).

  • Strong communication and presentation skills.

  • Energetic, confident, and outgoing personality.

  • Fluent in Bahasa Malaysia and English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
