We are seeking a responsible and service-oriented Visit Operations Officer to support the smooth and secure management of visit operations. You will play a key role in ensuring that all visitor interactions are handled professionally, efficiently, and in accordance with security protocols.
Key Responsibilities:
Perform verification checks of visitors’ identities and eligibility.
Register visitors and ensure compliance with visitation policies.
Address queries and provide guidance to visitors in a courteous manner.
Assist in booking, cancelling, and updating visitation appointments.
Liaise with internal departments to ensure accurate scheduling.
Maintain accurate records of all transactions and movements.
Monitor visitor behavior and report any irregularities.
Ensure adherence to safety and security protocols at all times.
Assist in crowd control and queue management during peak hours.
Support administrative tasks and system updates as required.
Requirements:
Prior experience in customer service, or administrative roles preferred.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Able to work in a structured and high-security environment.
Proficient in basic computer applications (e.g., MS Office)
