Responsibilities
Performance Marketing Executive
Key Responsibilities
• Plan, set up, manage, and scale advertising campaigns across Meta Ads and Google Ads platforms
• Configure and maintain Meta Pixel, Conversion API, GA4, and event tracking to ensure accurate performance data
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze data, and optimize campaigns based on KPIs such as ROAS, CPA, CTR, and conversions
• Conduct A/B testing on creatives, audiences, ad copies, and landing pages
• Prepare weekly and monthly performance reports with actionable insights and recommendations
• Work closely with the creative and content team to improve ad performance and campaign effectiveness
• Stay updated with the latest digital marketing trends, platform updates, and advertising strategies
Requirements
• Basic to intermediate knowledge of Meta Ads Manager and Google Ads
• Understanding of Pixel setup, conversion tracking, and event configuration
• Familiar with GA4 and basic analytics interpretation
• Analytical mindset with strong problem-solving skills
• Able to work independently while managing multiple campaigns
• Experience in ecommerce or fashion/streetwear marketing is an added advantage
