Location: Kuchai Lama, Kuala Lumpur
Internship Duration: Prefer minimum 4 months

Job Responsibilities:

• Assist in HR system data entry and employee records update
• Support payroll preparation including attendance, leave and overtime checking
• Perform physical and digital filing of HR documents
• Assist in preparing HR letters and administrative documents
• Support daily HR administrative tasks and document follow-up
• Assist with ad-hoc HR assignments when required

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Human Resource, Business Administration, or related field
• Detail-oriented and organised
• Able to handle confidential information professionally
• Basic Microsoft Office skills (Excel & Word)
• Good time management and willingness to learn
• Mandarin speaker preferred
