Job Description

We are looking for Internship QA (Measurement) to join our Quality Assurance team. The selected intern will assist in product measurement, inspection, and quality data recording to support the company’s quality standards and customer requirements.

Responsibilities:

· Assist in product measurement and inspection using measuring tools.

· Need to carry out all measurement FAA/CPK/SPC etc.

· Support incoming, in-process, and final inspection activities.

· Record and maintain measurement data, inspection results, and related quality documents.

· Assist in calibration and maintenance of measuring instruments.

· Maintain and update QA records, SOPs, and check sheets.

· Work closely with production and engineering teams to ensure compliance with quality requirements.

· Immediate reporting to superior when encounter problems.

· To carry-out other duties as and when assigned by Superior.

· Contract length: 3 - 6 months

Qualification:

· Currently pursuing Certificate/Diploma/Bachelor in Mechanical Engineering, Manufacturing Engineering, Industrial Engineering, or a related field.

· Basic understanding of measurement tools and quality inspection techniques.

· Able to interpret engineering drawings and tolerances (advantageous).

· Good communication, teamwork, and problem-solving skills.
