Requirements
- Education Background: Current student in Marketing, Mass Comm, Business, Media Studies, or any field (we welcome anyone eager to learn!).
- Language Skills: Good communication skills in English and Mandarin to easily coordinate with media partners and handle customer inquiries.
- Basic Tools: Familiar with everyday creative tools like Canva (for simple designs) or CapCut (for quick video editing).
- Work Attitude: Responsible, highly responsive, active on social media, and loves working in a team environment.
Responsibilities
- Content & Media Support: Assist in writing simple articles, drafting media releases, and preparing quick visual/video materials for major media and digital platforms.
- Media Coordination: Help contact and coordinate with local media partners, publishers, and content creators for upcoming promotional campaigns or broadcasting events.
- Inquiry Management: Actively monitor messages, comments, and tags from different channels, and promptly pass interested customer leads to the sales team.
- Daily Support: Assist the team in everyday marketing operations and ad-hoc execution to ensure smooth campaign running.
- Sales & Commission Incentives: Earn extra commissions or performance bonuses by successfully converting inbound inquiries or bringing in new clients/leads
