Role Description

This is a part-time hybrid role for a Help Desk Analyst based in Singapore, with the flexibility to work from home on specific occasions. Responsibilities include providing technical support, addressing help desk inquiries, assisting with desktop computer issues, and ensuring customer satisfaction. The Analyst will also be responsible for diagnosing and resolving technical problems effectively and escalating complex issues when needed.

Qualifications

• Proficiency in Technical Support and Help Desk Support
• Strong Analytical Skills and problem-solving capabilities
• Knowledge and experience with Desktop Computers and related hardware
• Customer Support skills, with a focus on clear communication and resolving issues empathetically
• Ability to work independently in a hybrid environment
• Excellent time management skills and attention to detail
• Familiarity with IT service management tools and practices is a plus
• Bachelor’s degree in IT, Computer Science, or related field is preferred
