Job Responsibilities:
- Provide general administrative support, including filing, data entry, photocopying, faxing, and scanning.
- Maintain and update daily staff attendance records.
- Manage meeting room reservations by monitoring availability and coordinating staff requests.
- Organize and coordinate monthly fruit distribution for employees.
- Handle courier arrangements, including preparing consignment notes and scheduling pickups.
- Perform front desk responsibilities such as welcoming visitors and answering incoming calls.
- Oversee office and pantry supplies, ensuring sufficient stock levels and timely replenishment.
- Ensure the cleanliness and organization of the reception area, display cabinets, awards, seating areas, meeting rooms, and display tables at all times.
- Greet guests, arrange seating, and serve refreshments as required.
- Carry out any other ad hoc duties as assigned by the supervisor.
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in a related field.
- Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proactive, responsible, and able to take initiative.
- Proficient in English, both written and spoken.

Pay: RM700.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
