This internship is intended for university students who must complete industrial training or an internship as part of their degree programme. Responsibilities

As a Talent Acquisition Intern, you will support the recruitment team in daily hiring activities and ongoing projects, including: • Supporting Talent Acquisition Specialists in sourcing and screening candidates. • Assisting with candidate searches through various channels including social media platforms. • Learning and applying AI and Boolean search techniques to identify suitable talent. • Coordinating interviews and maintaining communication with candidates. • Updating candidate information and maintaining recruitment records in internal systems. • Assisting with recruitment administration. • Supporting employer branding and recruitment marketing initiatives. • Participating in recruitment projects and contributing ideas for process improvements.

Qualifications:

• Strong verbal and written communication skills. • Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Engineering, or a related field. • Required by their university to complete an internship placement. • Available for a minimum internship period of 3 months. • Interested in Talent Acquisition and Recruitment. • Curious about the technology and IT industry. • Proficient in Microsoft Office applications, particularly Word, PowerPoint, and Excel; familiarity with Outlook is an added advantage. • Familiar with or willing to learn about sourcing platforms.

Education:

Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree in Human Resources, IT, Engineering, or a related field.
