Titimas Logistics Hiring! Intern (Logistics) in Selangor, Earn up to MYR 700 - Ricebowl

RESPONSIBILITIES

• Assist in preparing quotations and checking rates with suppliers (freight, transport, warehousing, etc.)
• Support follow-up with customers on quotations and shipment status
• Assist in coordinating shipments with warehouse, transport, and operations team
• Handle basic customer inquiries and escalate when necessary
• Assist in monitoring shipment progress to ensure smooth delivery
• Support documentation checking (e.g. invoices, shipping documents)
• Update records and data entry in internal systems (e.g. Smart Freight System)
• Assist in preparing costing sheets and reports
• Support stock monitoring and coordination with warehouse team (if required)
• Assist in administrative tasks and any duties assigned by supervisor

Note:
This internship program is conducted on a rotation basis, where interns will gain exposure across multiple departments such as Customer Service, Transportation, Insurance & Operations

REQUIREMENTS

• Currently pursuing Diploma or Bachelor’s Degree in Business, Logistics, Supply Chain, or related field
• Basic computer skills (Microsoft Office)
• Good communication skills in English & Bahasa Malaysia
• Willing to learn, proactive, and able to multitask
• Able to work in a fast-paced environment

Added advantage:

• Knowledge in logistics / forwarding industry
• Multilingual skills

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM600.00 - RM700.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

• Port Klang: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (Required)
