Internship Overview

We are looking for enthusiastic and detail-oriented interns from Food Science, Food Technology, or Food Microbiology backgrounds to join our production and quality assurance team. This internship provides valuable exposure to food processing, microbial testing, product development, and regulatory compliance in a real production setting.

Key Responsibilities

• Assist in monitoring daily production processes and ensuring adherence to food safety standards.
• Support quality control testing on raw materials, in-process samples, and finished goods.
• Perform basic microbiological tests under supervision.
• Help in maintaining documentation for GMP, HACCP, Halal and other food safety compliance.
• Assist in shelf-life studies, sensory evaluations, and new product trials.
• Participate in cleaning validation, hygiene inspections, and factory audits.
• Provide support in preparing reports and compiling lab data.

Requirements

• Currently pursuing a Diploma or Bachelor's Degree in Food Science, Food Technology, Food Microbiology, or a related field.
• Basic understanding of food safety standards (GMP, HACCP, Halal, ISO22000).
• Strong interest in food production, fermentation, or quality assurance.
• Willingness to learn and contribute in a hands-on, production-based environment.
• Good teamwork and communication skills.
• Able to work in a lab and production floor setting.
• Internship duration of at least 3 months (preferred).
