Responsibilities:

• Assist in maintaining and updating employee records and HR databases
• Support the processing of data entry and documentation
• Deal with the hiring manager and Head of Department
• Work together with Talent Acquisition team to handle hiring process
• Support in organizing and documenting HR operations processes
• Perform other HR administrative tasks as assigned

Requirements:

• Currently pursuing a Bachelor’s Degree or Diploma in Human Resource Management, Business Administration, or a related field
• Good attention to detail and organizational skills
• Familiar with Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Ability to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
• Proactive attitude and willingness to learn
• Good communication skill

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
