Job Scope:
- Handle all scheduling related for music school such as music lessons, assist on executing events schedule for students & others.
-Handle opening and closing of school.
-Perform basic filing and clerical duties such as billing , payment collection , documentation & others.
-Manage student & parents satisfaction level.
-Collect fees , ensuring timely collection.
-Upkeep to ensure environment is presentable & functional.
-Support ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by management.
Requirements:
-Proficiency in Mandarin (required).
-Pleasant appearance, warm, and kind personality.
-Strong organizational, critical thinking and communication skills.
Language:
Mandarin & English (Compulsory)
Working Hours :
Mondays: 2:00 PM - 10:00 PM
Thursday: 2:00 PM – 10:00 PM
Job Type: Part-time
Part-time hours: 14 per week
Pay: RM10.00 - RM14.00 per hour
