Job Summary

The Operations & Business Reporting Intern is responsible for monitoring online platform performance, preparing reports, assisting with sales documentation, and following up on daily operational and marketing tasks under staff supervision. This internship is suitable for students or fresh graduates interested in business operations and administration.

Key Responsibilities

• Monitor online site traffic and performance
• Prepare basic performance and sales reports
• Check invoices and assist with basic documentation
• Assist and follow up on day-to-day operational tasks
• Support and track progress of marketing campaigns
• Update spreadsheets, records, and internal reports
• Report issues or delays to the staff in charge

Basic Requirements

• Student or recent graduate in Business Administration, Management, Marketing, or related field
• Basic understanding of business operations and reporting
• Comfortable working with spreadsheets, reports, and documents
• Organized, detail-oriented, and responsible
• Able to follow instructions and manage multiple tasks
• Good communication and time management skills
• Good command of English for reporting and documentation
• Knowledge of Mandarin and/or Bahasa Malaysia is an advantage

Job Type: Internship

Pay: RM500.00 - RM800.00 per month
