Key Responsibilities

• Provide personal and administrative support to the Director/Management.
• Act as a driver for the Director, ensuring safe and timely transportation to meetings, offices, airports, and other destinations.
• Manage the Director’s daily schedule, appointments, and reminders.
• Assist with documentation, emails, reports, and basic office tasks when required.
• Run personal and business errands such as collecting documents, purchasing items, or delivering packages.
• Maintain confidentiality of sensitive information and company matters.
• Coordinate with internal teams and external parties when necessary.
• Be proactive in anticipating needs and assisting the Director in daily activities.
• Perform multi-tasking duties and other assignments as required.

Requirements

• Good command of spoken and written English.
• Possess good manners, professional attitude, and strong work ethics.
• Self-initiative and ability to work independently.
• Strong multi-tasking and time management skills.
• Possess a valid driving license with a good driving record.
• Familiar with local roads and navigation.
• Able to maintain confidentiality and professionalism at all times.
• Flexible working hours when required.

Pay: RM1,000.00 - RM1,400.00 per month
