Job Description

Responsibilities

Summary of Essential Job Functions:
  • Attend to phone calls and walk in customers
  • Follow up on customers late payments / cool calling
  • Filing for daily documents/invoice/agreement
  • Review/checking contract and agreements
  • Assist in process, checking and filing of documents i.e. payment vouchers, invoice, official receipts, utilities bills, and employees’ expenses claims.
  • Processing loan application & calling for confirmation.
  • Assists in bank blocking transaction for suspended & blacklisted account.
  • Assists in checking & printing customer banking transaction for payment clearance.
  • Assists in preparing legal action documentation.
Requirements:
  • Possess at least a Diploma/Degree in Business Administration, Economy, Finance or equivalent.
  • Good command of written and spoken in Bahasa Malaysia and English
  • Computer literate and proficient in Microsoft Office tools such as Microsoft Excel.
  • Good interpersonal and communication skills.
  • Independent and team work.
