Responsibilities
Job Summary:
Support the marketing and e-commerce in managing online sales platforms, executing digital campaigns, and analyzing performance data. This role provides hands-on experience in e-commerce operations, digital marketing, and online customer engagement.
Key Responsibilities:
- Assist in managing e-commerce platforms (e.g., Shopee, Lazada, website), including product listings, pricing, and stock updates.
- Support the creation and uploading of product content (descriptions, images, promotions).
- Monitor online store performance, sales trends, and campaign results.
- Assist in planning and executing online promotions, campaigns, and seasonal sales.
- Conduct market and competitor research to identify trends and opportunities.
- Support social media and digital marketing activities to drive traffic to e-commerce platforms.
- Coordinate with internal teams (sales, design, warehouse) to ensure smooth order fulfillment.
- Help respond to customer inquiries and reviews on e-commerce platforms.
- Prepare basic reports on sales performance and marketing activities.
- Support or participate in live streaming activities (e.g., Shopee Live, TikTok Live) to promote products.
Qualifications & Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Marketing, Business, E-commerce, or related field.
- Basic understanding of e-commerce platforms (Shopee, Lazada, TikTok Shop is a plus).
- Familiar with social media platforms and digital marketing trends.
- Good communication skills in English (Mandarin is an added advantage).
Pay: RM800.00 - RM1,000.00 per month
