Eligibility:

• Candidate must possess at least Diploma/Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma in Accountancy/Finance/Banking or equivalent.
• Minimum 2 years of related working experience and experience in handling full sets of accounts.
• Proficiency in computer and skillful in Microsoft Office and Accounting system.
• Good communication skills in Bahasa Malaysia, English, and Mandarin (optional).
• Detail oriented, good in time management, self-motivated and quick to learn new concepts and ability to work independently and as part of a team.

Responsibilities:

• Handle full sets of accounts, including bank reconciliation, General Ledger, and preparation of financial reports.
• Assist in preparing monthly and annual financial statements, ensuring the accuracy and timelines of financial data.
• Handle daily accounting operations, assist with audits, and supporting month-end and year-end closing activities.
• Assist with tax filings and financial audits, ensuring compliance with relevant laws and regulations.
• Assist in banking and payroll matters.
• Assist in company administration related matters.
• Assist the finance manager with other ad-hoc tasks as required.
