- Create and schedule product postings on Shopee, Lazada, TikTok & social media
- Support content creation, including product posting, photo editing, and photo design
- Assist in managing online shop and product listing
- Support in handling customer inquiries and online orders
- Assist in online promotions, campaigns, and sales activities
- Monitor sales performance and engagement
- Monitor online orders, coordinate with the warehouse team, and ensure timely fulfillment
Job Requirements:
- Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in Business, Marketing, E-Commerce, or related field
- Knowledgeable in photo editing (Canva/CapCut)
- Interested in e-commerce & online selling
- Creative, responsible and willing to learn
- Good Communication skills
Pay: RM700.00 - RM800.00 per month
Work Location: In person
