Job Description

• Assist in handling paperwork and documentation for the Projects and Design Team
• Support in filing, scanning, and organizing documents
• Assist in preparing quotations, reports, and project-related documents
• Coordinate and follow up on internal paperwork and approvals
• Maintain proper records and data entry
• Assist with scheduling meetings and appointments
• Support the team with general administrative duties
• Perform other ad-hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor
