Job Summary

We are currently looking for Finance Intern and Admin Intern to join our team. This internship is suitable for students who want to gain hands-on experience and exposure in a real working environment.

Available Positions & Responsibilities

1. Finance Intern

• Assist with invoices, receipts, and payment records
• Help with data entry and filing of financial documents
• Support staff claims and petty cash records
• Assist with basic financial reports
• Support the team with other finance/admin tasks

2. Admin Intern

• Assist in scheduling and organizing training sessions & meetings
• Help manage training logistics (venue, materials, registration, etc.)
• Coordinate communication with participants, trainers, and stakeholders
• Maintain and update training records and databases
• Assist in collecting feedback from training sessions
• Support documentation, filing, and admin tasks

Requirements

• Currently pursuing Diploma/Degree in any related field
• Able to use Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
• Willing to learn, responsible, and proactive

Additional Info

These internship positions are for GKK Consultant Sdn Bhd, and selected candidates will be placed under GKK Consultant Sdn Bhd for their internship.
