Responsibilities
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Human Resources Intern to join our team. This internship provides a practical deep dive into the corporate employee journey, with a strong focus on recruitment logistics, organizational culture, and administrative excellence. You will collaborate with our people-ops department to understand the strategies used by high-growth firms to manage human capital and cultivate a thriving internal environment. This position is designed for individuals eager to apply academic knowledge to the daily operations of a fast-moving business.
Core Responsibilities:
Talent Sourcing & Recruitment: Provide operational support in the hiring cycle by drafting job descriptions, identifying qualified applicants, and coordinating candidate interview schedules.
Information Systems & Compliance: Maintain the integrity of our digital HR databases by conducting routine data audits and ensuring all personnel records are current and accurate.
Internal Culture & Connection: Assist in the design and delivery of staff engagement initiatives, workplace events, and team-building exercises that define our office environment.
Training Logistics: Support the execution of internal learning sessions and help manage the documentation of employee professional development achievements.
Human Capital Reporting: Deliver administrative aid in monitoring key HR metrics, such as performance review cycles and organizational turnover statistics.
Leadership Assistance: Work with the management team on various strategic people projects and provide essential administrative support for ad-hoc business requirements.
Job Requirements:
Currently enrolled in or a recent graduate of a Diploma or Degree in Human Resources, Psychology, Business Administration, or a related field.
High level of fluency in both English and Bahasa Malaysia (written and oral).
Strong practical knowledge of Google Workspace (particularly Sheets, Slides, and Docs).
Proven capability to manage confidential and sensitive data with the highest level of integrity.
A self-driven and energetic professional who can adapt to the demands of a high-volume, high-growth setting.
Excellent ability to work independently on assigned projects while maintaining a team-oriented mindset.
