Job description

• Assist in managing shipment coordination, tracking order status, and updating delivery timelines.
• Support inventory activities such as stock taking, entering data, and generating reports.
• Help prepare shipping and customs documentation.
• Contribute to process improvement efforts to enhance supply chain efficiency.
• Ensure logistics system records are consistently accurate and updated.
• Handle general administrative duties related to logistics and supply chain operations.

Education & Skills Requirement.

• Currently pursuing a Diploma/Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, Business, or related field.
• Strong attention to detail and organizational skills.
• Ability to work in a team-oriented environment.
• Basic computer skills (MS Office, inventory systems is a plus).

Job Type: Internship
Contract length: 6 months

Pay: RM800.00 per month
