Job Summary

We are looking for a motivated and enthusiastic Recruiter Intern to support our recruitment and talent acquisition activities. This internship provides hands-on exposure to the full recruitment cycle, candidate management, and HR operations.

The ideal candidate should have good communication skills, be proactive, and interested in building a career in recruitment or human resources.

Responsibilities

• Assist in sourcing candidates through job portals, social media, and databases
• Screen resumes and shortlist suitable candidates
• Coordinate interviews and communicate with candidates
• Follow up with candidates regarding interview arrangements and application status
• Maintain and update candidate databases and recruitment trackers
• Assist in preparing job advertisements and posting vacancies
• Perform general administrative and HR support duties

Requirements

• Diploma or Degree in Human Resource, Business, Psychology, or related fields
• Good communication skills in English and Mandarin preferred
• Basic knowledge of Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint)
• Able to work independently and in a team environment
• Positive attitude and willingness to learn
• Internship duration: Minimum 3 months preferred

Pay: RM1,500.00 - RM1,800.00 per month
