Procurement Intern – Job Scope

• Assist in sourcing suppliers and obtaining quotations
• Support purchase order (PO) preparation and processing
• Compare prices and evaluate supplier offers
• Coordinate with vendors on delivery schedules and order status
• Maintain procurement records, invoices, and documentation
• Work closely with internal departments to support purchasing needs
• Assist in inventory monitoring and stock replenishment
• Prepare reports and update procurement databases/spreadsheets
• Ensure purchasing activities comply with company policies and procedures
